Combine modern communications/social media, near zero risk of criminal consequences, sense of nothing to lose, plus usual teen sense of invincibility and this is what you get.
The thing that still surprises me is the lack of any fear for their own lives when attending these lawless events where they know others with no self restraint will be armed.

They depend on your misplaced sense of fairness. Would you venture an estimate as to what percentage of the time it is them? I’m going well over 90% for a 13% demographic.
