Reta is what you are looking for.
Once you get the weight off, tesa is a long term body composition compound. It’s a good starting compound, but eventually you will need to graduate to human growth hormone. This is also a peptide, it just exceeds the 39 amino acid limit and is sold by doctors or through underground laboratories.

re: Is there anything like Zillow that shows demographics in a area?

Gas stations are the ultimate barometer to determine the lowest common denominator of any neighborhood.
I can learn everything I need to know about crime and the types of calls for service the area will experience by watching a gas station for 10 minutes.
Trust your instincts, they exist for a reason. It’s called pattern recognition.

Glen Oaks Head Coach Byron Wade is the real deal. A great man and phenomenal leader. These kids are lucky to have him, I expect nothing but great things for his future.

If you are going down the peptide rabbit hole, save this and enjoy the gains.
This is a long term commitment. Hospira is the gold standard for bacteriostatic water.
You should be better prepared than this the day before arrival, but you are a long time veteran poster so I will show you some grace.

re: What Gyms do yall belong to?
Posted by The People on 7/3/26 at 4:41 pm to A Menace to Sobriety
Whatever gym you choose, just understand that it’s now your third place.
First place is home. Second place is work. After that, your gym will be the next place you frequent the most.
I firmly believe many people fail to stick with consistent work out routines because they never get comfortable being at the gym. It’s a mindset, a commitment, daily.
Good luck.
ETA: I am a Snap guy. I don’t need to shower or change at the gym. Free weights, machines, and a clean environment are all I look for.

5” in seam or less is the answer. The brand is irrelevant.

Imagine the free time you could commit to your own fitness and health if you never held a full time job and lived at home with your parents at age 40.

re: How often do you work out?
Posted by The People on 6/17/26 at 5:47 pm to VolsOut4Harambe
7 days a week.
Day 1: Chest and abs
Day 2: Shoulders and abs
Day 3: Biceps, Triceps, and abs
Day 4: Back and abs
Day 5: Legs and abs
Repeat.
I am a heavy weight, low rep guy. Pushing to muscle failure on the last rep, usually between 4-10 reps on most exercises.
2 sets per exercise, usually around 12-16 total working sets per day. Most work outs take around 75-90 minutes in duration.
I take longer than normal breaks between sets, letting my heart rate return to near normal before undertaking the next set or exercise.
No cardio.
Turning 40 was when I light the fire. I have been steady at this pace for over 4 years now. Christmas morning, rainy Sundays, while on vacation, it doesn’t matter. You have to commit to it.
There are no shortcuts or secrets. You have to commit to the lifestyle and stay with it for years before you see good results, but they will come. You cannot hide effort.

Pick your poison.
We have used these to break open countless criminal cases that have led to the identity, apprehension, and conviction of countless violent criminals. Robbers, rapist, murderers, child predators, the list is endless.
No one cares about you or your vehicles location if you are not the target.
But I get it, muh privacy. Unless you decide to cut a little fat off the United States Constitution, we need every public advantage and resource we can get.
Your move.

re: When you graduated HS did you go with your parents on a “ Senior Trip”?
Posted by The People on 6/7/26 at 9:19 am to BowDownToLSU
No.
My parents didn’t need to turn the accomplishment of feeding me, clothing me, and getting me to school for 12 years as victory lap for themselves.
My FB feed is full of helicopter parents taking their kids on their Senior trips with large groups of their kids friends.
It’s cringey, but to each their own.
I paid for my own trip to Cancun. I survived.
