Did you know any other players on the Woodlawn team? My dad played with him too and had a football scholarship to Tech. I know a bunch of other players played college ball from Woodlawn. I seem to remember my dad saying they had another qb that was just as good that was killed in Vietnam.

Shaq beats the fame breaks off of all of them and I’ve met him 3 times.
No one else is cool enough to mention in the same breath, but John McEnroe and Andy Roddick at the same time.
Some golfers maybe - Vijay, Jesper Parnavik (and Elin Nordgren
), David Toms
Paul Skenes, Pat Pete, Alan Faneca, Joe Burrow, tons of other Tiger football guys but those prob most famous.

I met Frank Gifford when I was a year old. A NY Giants player lived next door to us in Shreveport, back when players needed off-season jobs. Frank Gifford was visiting him one time and my dad took me over there.
Met Roy "Moonie" Winston on a duck hunting trip long after he retired.

Fished with Michael Jordan 3 years ago. A buddy of mine fishes on his offshore fishing team and my buddy invited me to fish in a tournament (Michale wasnt supposed to be fishing this tournament and i was bummed). Just so happen, 1 hours before we left the dock, he rolls up with his bag (capt knew but didnt tell us). Was a cool experience!
