It’s like hitting one big hand of blackjack and then risking it all on another hand when the dealer is showing 10.
Not sure about Louisville, but in Louisiana every town or city ending in -ville is pronounced two different ways depending on how far north you are

NapoleonVILLE
PrairieVILLE
St. FrancisVILLE
LeesVILLE

PineVILLE (or PineVUL?)

HaynesVUL
RayVUL
FarmerVUL

Gautreaux is a French surname, a variant of Gautreau, deriving from the Old French name Gautier (or Walter), meaning "ruler of the army" or "powerful warrior," combining Germanic elements for "rule" and "army". It's common in French-descended communities, particularly Louisiana
Those were the coaching transition years. 247 composite rankings used.

2005 (Les Miles)

6 of top 7
8 of top 14
1 of 1 on 5 star (Ryan Perilloux)

2017 (Ed Orgeron)

3 of top 10
5 of top 15
No 5 stars in Louisiana

2022 (Brian Kelly)

3 of top 6
5 of top 12
No 5 stars in Louisiana

2026 (Lane Kiffin)

5 of top 6
8 of top 14
2 of 2 on 5 stars (Lamar Brown and Richard Anderson)
Berymon could make it 6 of top 7 and 9 of top 14

Janice, Dian, and Holly were all looking good on this episode. Bonus Holly blooper at end. Darryl was a smooth gentleman through it all.

They had only 1 point in first three plus minutes and none in almost last 3. Scored 92 in about 34 minutes.

Cut out the turnovers in the second half and LSU will win by 18 or 20.
That blend of Ed and Lane looks like a young Lou Ferrigno (The Hulk)

Also, Pete Carroll was Monte Kiffin's defensive coordinator at NC State. That is where the connection with the Kiffin's began.
Yeah. I've seen them all for both opponents. Let's hope Coach Kiffin can start a new LSU TS win streak over Alabama (although the game will not be played every other year anymore
2014 - Alabama OC - Alabama won 20-13 OT
2016 - Alabama OC - Alabama won 10-0
2020 - Ole Miss HC - LSU won 53-48
2022 - Ole Miss HC - LSU won 45-20
2024 - Ole Miss HC - LSU won 29-26 OT

Two OT games and only 1 blowout game for LSU, but LSU won the 3 against Ole Miss. I see the Tiger Stadium win streak continuing under Kiffin.
Need WR in the portal but I don't think that will be a problem to obtain with a Kiffin offense and a proven QB transfer.

OM has been top 3 in the SEC is rush yards since Kiffin arrived in 2020. I trust those numbers.

Running the ball is much easier when the defense has to cover multiple receivers more than 5 yards downfield and cannot put 7 or 8 in the box on most plays. But, your point still stands, OM OL coach >> LSU OL coach.
not to tell you the exact number in the contract.

He probably had a rough idea of the amount, but if he really only wanted to decide based on other factors and not a small difference, that is admirable.

Plus, he did know that he had more NIL to work with at LSU.
