Y’all appear to be spending money this time around also. Somebody over there has some deep pockets.
At least a third of those were runn oft. Maybe up to 50%.

It’s not hard to name players who are overpaid. Arch Manning, Ryan Williams, one from Auburn I won’t name. They are good players, but not worth what they are getting paid. Like you said it’s better to have a bunch of very good players than 2 overpaid ones with no supporting cast.

I’m beginning to like how Auburn is doing it. They have a core of defensive players coming back and are being very deliberate in how they are going about the portal. We will have to see how it works out but hope springs eternal. The offense will be interesting to see.

Wide receivers aren’t worth as much as some are getting paid. Auburn made Cam a good offer but someone will pay more. You can get 2 really good receivers for the price of 1 Cam. Spend wisely. Indiana figured this out. Who on their team have you ever heard of except maybe the QB who wasn’t the top portal QB.

I honestly think he’s going to leave on his own when he gets the opportunity. He’s doesn’t appear happy there.
You’ll have him for a couple of years until someone prettier comes along.
