You would be surprised how many "constables" think they are THE LAW in Louisiana.
He has no training on running radar or even pacing a vehicle so by law his stop was a violation of her 4th Ammendment Right as stated in the U.S. Constitution. Sue his arse!!!

Depending on if the dept reports its statistics to the FBI. Applying for federal grants is big deal as well to get those dollars and possibly surplus gov equip.
Alot of extra programs like holiday enforcements are federal dollars which generate OT covered by the feds.
