When anyone goes to the ER the only people paying for those services are those with insurance and/or money.
The hospital charges alot at an ER because so many use it as a PCP because they dont have insurance or money.

Before I retired after 30yrs of service a meal break was never even expected must less taken at a specified time if you even got one.
