Lol i clicked onto the thread to type this as my #1 , then saw that the OP had the same guy at #1 .


Ive been fortunate to meet a few sports heroes (even if they didnt play for “my team”, they were still a huge part of childhood and demanded my respect).. Met and became friendly with Warren Moon for a time.. met Bradshaw and Drew Bledsoe.. Ronnie Lott & Marcus Allen .. Ricky Watters.. of course ive met Shaq like everybody else.. but meeting Montana was a Wow moment for me .. only exchanged a few pleasantries with him for maybe 45 seconds .. im 6’2” and was mildly surprised that he was only my height, no taller and maybe a half inch shorter- but he was older by then .. totally cool and mild mannered guy, he was .. I’ll never forget it .
