the 2 largest and most diverse cities are LA and NYC. Suffice to say the best variety of ethnic food will come from one of those 2 cities.

You think somewhere in Louisiana or Texas has sushi or chinese food on par with LA ?

article on chinese food, and why LA chinese food is considered the best. you don't need to read it, but basically the wealthier chinese immigrants primarily came to Los Angeles, and brought better chefs, ingredients, recipes, etc.
