My neighborhood has 120-130 homes and I pay $159/month for the HOA. They maintain the pool, park/playground, the dog area, and the two gated entries. Green Bay at 25. Would prefer a S, CB, or OT, but if there's suddenly a rush on OT"s, and one of the top end pass rushers or WR's fall, I wouldn't mind the pick....
