A group of people got tired of paying the most amount of taxes and not getting any return for it. So they got together and petitioned, put it on a ballot, passed the measure, and went through the court and won. Is this not "Democracy" the left so often talks about? Both were head scratchers. Atlanta's pick was just idiotic. For Carolina, that whole jump into the first round for a 5th year option is nonsense. Carolina needs players, and they threw away a draft pick because they would have gotten their guy anyway. In my mind, both didn't make any sense....
