I'd love to know what his advisor (momma) is thinkin right now

People like that are incapable of understanding the consequences of their own actions.

I'm out and I'm sad about it.

I'm young enough where John Stewart was pretty much "my" green lantern growing up. I watched the crap out of all the justice league cartoons. I don't mind the unique take on his origins and even his dad being tested, but all the other crap about Hal Jordan and the heavy-handed quadrupling down of the divisive narratives is so disappointing and unnecessary to the plot. Come to think of it, so was the dead alien's dangling member last episode.

Making Hal Jordan out to be a complete POS is shameful.

How do you people even come up with this stuff?

Most of them have an IQ that could be measured using only the numbers on a yard stick.
I'm sure Nuss put in a good word
I can't imagine the levels of cuckedness it takes to be Greg Sankey's mouthpiece.

That would mean LSU would be ineligible for a bowl game.

Which would only hurt the conference without our bowl (likely playoff) revenue
I know Alabama fans can't read, but there's literally a thread directly above yours with this tweet.

What about the other schools?

boycotting competition

Feel free to forfeit. Counts the same for us either way and saves injuries and wear and tear

sanctioning the school with probation or expulsion

Good luck with that

filing a federal legal challenge

Again, good luck with that.

The waves of drones have arrived in Kyiv just as residents are trying to enjoy the waning warm days of summer, craving some normalcy. On Saturday morning in the bustling Obolon neighborhood, dozens of customers were seated on the popular See You Cafe’s shaded terrace for brunch even as air raid sirens blared.

Seems like odd behavior for a war to expect to sit outside and enjoy brunch. Just like they had videos of all the young people going out to bars at night and congregating outside.

We'll see if it's detrimental

It's both detrimental to the show and the world at large to keep stirring this stuff up.

It's also an extremely lazy writing trope that black drama characters can't be written without referencing perceived racism as their biggest "struggle" (see Jordan Peele).

From the writer of this episode since some people are still trying to spin this as not what it appears on its face. This is next-level brain mush.

And again, I don't think the way she looked and acted was an accident. We're supposed to dislike her.

The writer must fricking suck at her job then. It's about 90/10 with people like this loving what she's saying

the same backwoods moron who said kiffin was NOT leaving old piss?

Tom Mars is an Ole Miss biased dipshit who can't keep his mealy mouth shut.

You're overlooking the point that this is all in-universe, it's apparently the driving fear of mama, who was used to train (groom?) John.

The HBO episode tagline is literally that a "misunderstanding" causes John's father to miss out on being Green Lantern.

The mom discusses it at length with the Guardian.

This is the story, man. It's not some ruse.

They're dead set on saturating any thread about the show with intentionally obtuse reactions and "gotcha" liberal alarms, turning one phrase into the writers' secret manifesto.

Good call! You really nailed it.

Sigh. It's hard to believe how bad James Gunn is fumbling his DC Comics universe.

I went in really wanting to like this show. I love the Green Lantern character, both Jordan and Stewart. But this garbage...and frick the people last week who tried to downplay the start of the racial BS.

Baden Kelly’s essays examine: The interconnectedness of living in a majority-Black community in South Central Los Angeles’ Crenshaw district; The overwhelming grief and fear of watching young Black boys be buried while raising your own son; The miracle of finding love for love’s sake and love for one’s self when inherited traumas have tried to rob that very idea from you; The murder of Ahmaud Arbery and how a seemingly simple action, such as going for a jog, affects a neighborhood community. Throughout these essays, Baden Kelly deftly walks a tightrope, embracing her own challenges as she continues the search for a place a millennial Black woman can call “home.”
Holy frick this episode :rotflmao: I'm out.

Complete ridiculous woke garbage. Unbelievable.
He's steady like a metronome. Great golfer.

Because I'm not here bitching

You're literally bitching about people discussing game features shown in the trailers. Not sure why you're so emotional over this. Are you a dev for the game?

Did you really expect 100% positive feedback in this thread?
