I don’t understand the people out there that fight so hard for Sanders to be great just because of who his dad is.
Has little to do with who his dad is and everything to do with how he looks and acts, and they will tell you as such. In reality people don't like him because he's a low IQ, entitled, showboating dumbass who thinks he's better than everyone else for no reason.
He jumped up and celebrated today after a 3rd down run that was 5 yards short of the line to gain . He's a circus clown.

None of that makes him “comically bad” and nothing LSU did “exposed” him in either season
I never said he was comically bad, birdbrain. I'm not the OP. LSU most certainly did expose his weaknesses.
Why are you knighting for a former bama QB as an LSU fan? Weird arse behavior.

He had 300 yards and 2 TDs in 2021 and LSU’s defense wasn’t even bad in 2022 (4th best pass defense in the conference). He still went for 300+ in that game as well
He only threw for 3 TD in two years against LSU's defense and had a pick and 6 sacks. Aside from those stats, if you watch the games with your eyes, there were many more pressures, and batted and affected passes because LSU lived in his throwing lanes. His height is a problem.

On a premium board someone mentioned he is wanting to play both football and basketball in college and lane told him one or the other, can't do both here and since then he's been all Nebraska.
Basketball and football will never work together and any school who tells a recruit that is lying to get their signature. Football and track is about the only thing I've seen really work. Maybe baseball if the kid is really disciplined and the coaches are both cool

Braelin Moore is the only OL that's a must-keep.

BK no question. The only difference is the portal is more prevalent now and the money is there to make this rebuild quicker.

He hasn't been the same since two of LSU's worst defenses exposed him in 2021 and 2022.

Congrats to the young king! You love to see it.
6 TD, 8 INT so far. 67.5 passer rating. He's taken 15 sacks in 7 games. His only success is being carried by the Cleveland defense. He is not good.

He had 170 yards, 2 INT, and 2 sacks  the team scored 13 points

Lebron can put up stats for days, but no longer impacts winning. Guys like him, Curry, Durant, etc would score 20+ every night until they’re 50, but their impact on winning will diminish as time goes on.
Their value used to be a lot higher when teams were scoring 80-100 a night. Now that every NBA team is putting up 110-125 per night, it's just empty stats. The NBA has a huge watchability problem. Their product sucks.
re: Derrick Henry is a genetic anomaly

Doesn't he spend close to 7 figures on maintaining his body every year? Lebron has shown if you have the money you can push Father Time back 5-10 years.

They're in the almost 9 million dollars allocated for the non-starting lineup.

Sharp was in the backfield lined up a yard behind the line. Traydez was ineligible on the play, he was on the line.
Either way the play was screwed up. Trey was either supposed to be inside of Bauer or Bauer was supposed to block. They were looking at each other like they had no idea who was supposed to be where. Classic 2025 LSU offense.
re: The way this fanbase is turning on dj Pickett is crazy

Or was he exposed when having to be "the guy"? He had Delane on the other side and Haulcy on the backend covering for him.

He's not absolved from criticism. He rolled out a poorly prepared defense tonight and didn't make any adjustments. You can't say that the players played up to their capabilities.

These people just want to live in a 1950s world where the main cast are all straight white people and gays are never heard of because they give them weird feelings.
True or false, LGBTQ and specifically gay people are over-represented in media? For your knowledge, only 2% of Americans identify as gay and only 9.3% total identify as LGBTQ. Since you seem to struggle with the concept, that means just 2 out of every 100 americans are gay in real life.
Let's mock budget the 2026 LSU roster

$30,000,000 rumored revenue share/NIL warchest to pay up to 105 scholarship players.
Starting lineup budget:
QB: $4,000,000 (Portal)

TE: $1,500,000 (Green)
WR1: $1,000,000 (Portal)
WR2: $750,000 (Portal)
WR3: $600,000 (Parker?)
LT: $750,000 (Portal)

DT: $700,000 (Portal)
DE: $1,000,000 (Reliford?)
OLB: $500,000 (Portal)
ILB: $500,000 (Wh. Weeks?)
ILB: $500,000 (Portal)
FS: $400,000 (Spears?)
SS: $500,000 (Cooley)
CB1: $1,250,000 (Pickett)
CB2: $600,000 (Portal)

This mock budget leaves $8,900,000 for the other 80 players, for an average of $111,250 per player. Numbers obviously subject to change depending on player availability and market resets.

Considering that he was CB2 behind Delane all year, I'd say the sample size at CB1 is pretty limited bub.

I'm an LSU fan and that was an embarrassing effort on defense.
