This. I worked for George Brown the lobbyists who helped make it happen. There was alot to this getting done. Involved lots of other industries also. Alcohol lobby, restaurant lobby, etc.

Not sure which title you're referring to, but "Just Takin' Orders" by Clyde Vidrine is an amazing read. Clyde was EWE's life long friend and right hand man through the years.
