My wife and I went to a movie at PR on Saturday. Before the movie the atmosphere was enjoyable and nice. When we got out of the movie and it was dark, we had to wade through a crowd of ghetto yutes huddled at the theatre entrance. It was incredibly uncomfortable because they wouldn’t fricking move when we said excuse me and they stared at us with hatred if we bumped into them although they wouldn’t move.

SONRIS has went through major changes in the last year or so. Not very user friendly at the moment but the data is still there, just have to get used to navigating the new interface. Not many are happy about it exists currently. Many complaints from state employees as well as operators
