If someone wants to avoid the higher tax rates in in the district or St. Tammany Parish because they're cheap and a leech, then they should send their kids to the schools in their own district instead of taking advantage of a system they don’t contribute to.

I think it depends on where you are in the neighborhood. A couple we know lived there and moved after 3 years. One neighbor's wife had a drug addiction, broke into their house and stole money.
