It is logical to conclude that if you require assistance and board the plane early, you will also need help after landing. Therefore, you should stay on the plane until all passengers who do not require assistance have disembarked.

It’s interesting watching Texas fall
1. Overrun with jeets
2. Muslims creating enclaves and soon to follow sharia law
3. Becoming anti business
4. The rapid rise of communist politicians
The Texas culture I grew up with is withering on a vine

re: Everyone blames boomers for hoarding wealth
Posted by theCrusher on 7/30/26 at 10:20 am to Rex Feral
Boomers own ~ 1/3 of all houses and home equity makes up a massive portion of non-super-wealthy boomer assets.
The idea that most boomers are hoarding some untapped wealth in cash, equities and other assets is incorrect. 71% of the wealth is held by 10% of the generation.
A home as an investment vehicle is a huge mistake made by all generations and it has directly caused the housing shortage. People expect home values to increase so they vote to limit / restrict new construction. This puts the younger generations in a bind as housing costs continue to increase. We need to get rid of NIMBY and home equity is going to suffer.
If you don't know we are close to reaching longevity escape velocity. LSV is when medical science adds more than one year of remaining life expectancy for every calendar year that passes. Once this point is reached, a person's risk of dying from age-related causes stops growing, allowing them to potentially live an indefinitely long life.
Because of LSV, I wouldn't expect a flood of homes or equities to hit either market.
Given the expected increase in longevity, the thought experiment is how are we going to pay for their needs - healthcare and extended SS payments? Add in the large scale fraud and mass immigration of non working or low skilled workers (replaced by AI / automation) and we have a large problem.

The tacos taste great.

History has taught us followers of Islam would rather be destroyed then bend against their religious beliefs. To Iran is a holy war and short of nuking the entire country they won't bend. The conflict will never end unless we pull back and cede concessions.
This is important to understand as we watch Islam take over portions of the US. You're not going to deport them and they will never soften their views.

10,000 hours and a brain or high IQ for the sport.
I know an FBI agent who played 4 years in the NFL as a linebacker. He's a physical freak and has said on numerous occasions, he didn't focus enough on building his football IQ because he dominated physically. When he got the NFL, he had the tools but couldn't apply them.
FWIW - he a smart guy and a great investigator.

They should have asked, have you considered sexual orientation when hiring, giving bonuses or promoting?
The answer would have been overwhelming yes. So they're bigoted and illegally discriminated.

I don’t know if this has been mentioned. It has a special place in the corruption of the state.
The Win or Lose CorporationThe Setup:
Created in 1934 by Huey Long, Governor O.K. Allen, and industrialist/Governor James Noe to hold state mineral royalty interests.
The Payouts: Historic state leases (such as State Lease 340) bypassed standard competitive profits to enrich the founders' private company.
The Legacy: Families and heirs of the original political network have continued collecting massive revenues from these historical agreements.
