Servant leader (I’m aware that more than one word, but I want to punch anyone who claims they are one).
Those who are servant-leaders (a very real thing) would never claim to be.

“Tergiversate” is a word that annoys me. I like it when people use it.

The adjective "great" in almost all occurrences but particularly as it pertains to sports.
The new one is "generational"

Dictionary editors used to be steadfast in refusing to approve words that were improper. Now, they seem to just give in to the uneducated masses.
They got in on the DEI madness and just bend the knee

Someone saying "How WE doing" to the only person in the room. Also, any work place that refers to their employees as a great staff of people. As opposed to what, a staff of garden gnomes?

When we were kids literally the first thing we would do when we got into a hotel room was look to see if there was a shower cap so we make this quote.

While I mostly agree (I don't prescribe to any type of leadership, only leadership itself), all you have to do is look on linkedin and see all the dooshes with "Servant Leader, Girl Dad" as part of their title. fricking dorks.

The word conversate is actually a real word with a history dating back to at least 1811.
It comes from Coversari. That's closer to conversate than converse. Two letter changes vs three.

I get annoyed at the words cbree and 88.

I also get annoyed by the word systematic. Systematic would be an annoying word of and in itself. And, to make it all the worse, whenever the word systematic is used, it's almost always followed by the word racism.

Not one word specifically, but saying “you feel me” in every sentence is annoying. It’s technically not valid though.
