re: Anyone have anxiety and depression? - mceuph
This is not a good thing
Absolutely. It’s a real problem. Doesn’t seem to discriminate between “successful” and “unsuccessful” people either. ...

re: Anyone have anxiety and depression? - mceuph
I did Klonopin (.5 mgs as needed) and Lexapro (between 10 and 20 mgs) for a few years. Also generalized anxiety and depression. As others have said, regular exercise is a wonderful treatment, but usually it’s the last thing you want to do when you’re depressed. If it helps, I was nervous at firs...

re: 15th anniversary of Napoleon Dynamite a celebration in memes - mceuph
Message 15th anniversary of Napoleon Dynamite a celebration in memes by LSUfan20005 Every time I watch it, I wonder what year it's supposed to be. Everything with Rico looks 70's, many scenes are 80's, but there's 90's stuff (and music) spread about.
Supposedly, when asked what ye...

re: anyone deal with GOUT - mceuph
I’ve had it in several joints. Getting it in the knee was pure HELL. Home remedies and diets really vary in their effectiveness from person to person, here’s what helped me: For acute flare ups: Tart cherry juice (several have mentioned black cherry, but I’ve always had way more success with t...

re: What''s the poorest you've been? - mceuph
Possibly right now for me having just turned 44 last week, but also happier than I’ve ever been. Went through bachelors, masters, and doctorate degrees all with scholarships/assistantships. Found an adjunct position while I was finishing my dissertation and then a tenure track job 2 years later. ...

re: What book event has left you most pissed? (Possible spoilers) - mceuph
The ending of The Dark Tower series. Not so much pissed at the actual ending, but at the unnecessary “warning” inserted by King encouraging the reader to not continue to the end. Came off as very condescending and made what I thought was a good ending seem worthless. ...

re: Are you an Organ Donor? - mceuph
I haven’t posted in years, logged on to post this. I was on dialysis for the past 2.5 years. Luckily received a kidney this past June at UAB (was also on the list at Ochsner). I’m 43. Lost just about everything in my life due to kidney failure and had to move back home. Organ failure is a miser...

You said we're overpaid, so back it up, tough guy. How much are we overpaid by? You have no idea what we make, do you? Get your tongue out of Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity's arse for a few minutes and actually find out some facts and think for yourself like a grown man. Now tell me, if you in fa...
hey had a choice when they went to school
Yes, the instructors that went to school 10 years ago had the ability to exactly predict the economic climate. They knew that the exact university that they would now teach at 10 years later would be under heavy economic burdens and possib...
