Yes! Nephew-in-law(?) In this instance, if you didn't know you wouldn't hardly know. He(she) had to learn how to act like a man. Some of those inquiring questions came across as odd. You really assume a man knows what a man knows. :dunno: But, otherwise, a fantastic person.

People don't move to Colorado to work! They move there to play! High cost of living! Lots of beautiful sights and things to do but expensive to live. Better be prepared for long, cold winters!
My brother, in the construction bizz, has lived in the Breckinridge area for 35 years and loves it. He loves to hunt and fish and so does the rest of the family. Snowmobiles, doesn't ski much anymore.

How much is liquid? How much is tied up in your home? Selling assets to live off of is not necessarily a good retirement plan.
$3 mill in interest bearing assets or additional passive income should be fairly safe.

I knew 3 grt grandmothers and a grt grandfather. Two of them lived till they were 90. They died in 67 when I was 7. The other grt grandmother and grt grandfather were divorced but died within a week of each other when I was 17. They were both 87.

Sitting in my living room watching it live. Preparing to move from Mandeville to So. Georgia. My wife was at Stennis Center with her 2nd grade class field trip. Needless to say, that go as planned!

There are 2 nesting pair on my farm in Georgia. It is awesome to see them!
My grandfather lived in Pawhuska Ok. I took him out to the Bluestem Prairie and we saw one. He was in his 90’s and said that was the first he had ever seen in OK!
