What’s a word that people use that annoys you even though it’s technically valid?

“Conversate” and “conversating” are the ones that annoy me. They just sound stupid and annoying when people use them. I find that it’s always some uneducated person using those words.
“Converse” and “conversing” are more proper and correct, and don’t sound as stupid.
However, “conversate” is technically now part of the dictionary, so people are not actually wrong anymore when they use it.

Servant leader (I’m aware that more than one word, but I want to punch anyone who claims they are one).

I hate when people use the word "legit" where the word "legitimately" should be used. Really grinds my gears, I tell ya!

For some reason Hispanic women frequently say conversate or variations thereof.

Begging the question is more or less universally misused.

Yeah, but that's not technically valid.
