I’m not going to spoil it, but it would be worthy of a title winning goal, let alone a league game against SJ. Sam was a second team guy who has scrapped his way to being a role player with the first team. He’s got that dog in him.

Hell it’s his first goal in over a year at the club level.
He was the highest rated player on my SofaScore app. Had 6 key passes and 11 progressive carries for 149 yards. More importantly he played thirty minutes without injuring himself.

Yeah I would say that’s what I would expect and also my preferred starting 11. Only change would be Brady instead of Schulte.
For what it’s worth I saw that it was a high grade sprain, not a high ankle sprain. Two very different injuries with different timelines.

Honestly pretty cool. He seems like a sharp guy with a good business model. I can see the allure of paying someone to deal with the bs of buying a car and likely bartering better than I would be able to.

Their wage bill is the highest by a large margin. Almost $280 million more than Arsenal.
In fact if the difference between the two clubs was a random club’s wage bill it would be the 11th highest in the world.
Tottenham and Chelsea stand out as particularly poor for what they’ve accomplished with their wage bills the past few years. Man U is a special mention. Liverpool is very down but it’s been a bad year by their recent standards. Same for Madrid (and Barca to an extent).
That poor father. Nightmare fuel.
