No shite. AIPAC supports anyone they think will help advance their agenda. Party affiliation is irrelevant.

And I, for one, would like to make it known publicly that my bank acco…. errr…. mind is open.
I always thought the first was really more akin to a horror movie that’s set within the realm of a sci fi storyline. Kind of like Alien. You even had the stereotypical jump scare at the end with the arm trying to get Sarah after the Terminator got crushed.

Maybe they’ll bring you in as special consultant to tell them where they’re fricking up.
Kangaroo Jack.
Young teenage me rented this bad boy expecting some kind of buddy comedy with an anthropomorphic kangaroo who had an affinity for hip hop music. It was still a decent movie, but damn it was far from what the trailer was

I find it overused by low IQ individuals, usually when they are asking you for something they have no business asking for. They could give 2 shits about your “blessed day” but are trying to play on your emotions.

I’m sorry someone was able to tell you “where you got your shoes” but that’s no reason to have negative feelings towards good hearted Christian folk who only want the best for you :casty:

And you don’t have anything better to do other than get this emotional over college baseball?

Surely there’s an OnlyFans page that somewhat peaks your interest you can devote a little energy to, huh?
Depends on the movie.

Some kind of mystery or crime drama, etc. I’d rather go in the middle of a random weekday where there’s a little to no other people.

A blockbuster action/sci fi movie, horror, or comedy can be more fun with a big crowd.
Going to see Superbad in college with my buddies and a theater full of people is probably the best time I’ve ever had watching a movie. Paranormal Activity was fun too.
Anecdotal I know but pretty much everyone I know that voted for Fleming are the type of people who show up and vote every time there is an election. Doesn’t matter if it’s a random spring election with one local municipal issue to pick what brand of dog food the pound is gonna use on the ballot- they’re casting their vote.

I would think a low turnout affair for the run off favors Fleming.
Netflix needs to come off some of that money and invent a time machine so they can go back and get an in their prime Mae Young or The Fabulous Moolah for Ronda’s next fight. Would be more entertaining.

Lifelong losers trying as best they can to make themselves feel cool and different from the rest of society.
Probably had a picture of the Ukraine flag as their social media pic a few years ago.

You and the rest of us are so spoiled to the modern lifestyle we are able to live because of cheap energy. Does it cost a decent amount? Yeah, but we still have enough money to buy $80,000 vehicles that use a tom of it. We still fly across the country at a whim. We still are able to put kids in private school and travel ball year round. You need to realize how cheap the energy is that we get and the insane amount of money that oil companies spend to extract it. Like another poster said, it is cheaper than milk. Which one is more important to the world every day? Easy choice

Agreed on all counts
I’ve never been one to gripe fuel cost, sometimes it sucks but I’ve got to have it for work travel and at the end of the day $50 more a week in gas ain’t shite in the grand scheme of things for us. And you’re absolutely correct It’s truly amazing when you factor in how many different stages and middle men oil has to go through from drilling site choice to the pumps that we only pay what we do.

I was just making a point to the OP that some different form of energy isn’t gonna be some antidote to “cheap” energy prices like so many people think it’s gonna be. Energy companies will make their money and governments will get their regulatory cuts from it. It’s as simple as that.
I got news for you- it doesn’t matter what the hell is being used to power vehicles energy companies are gonna get theirs and we the consumer are gonna grin and bear it.

Unfortunately I doubt it. I mean I’m sure he still wants to win but I don’t think he’s worried in the least bit about losing. Worst case scenario he gets booted out any takes a high powered lobbying or consulting gig and gets appointed to the BoD of a couple different companies/SIGs and still gets to reap all the benefits of the DC money machine without any voters to be beholden to.
