Even Harry Carray would say, "DAMN that's some big arse glasses!"

I saw some bullshite the other day where a guy was having surgery. He made sure to check that all the doctors and facilities were in network. After it’s all done he gets a huge bill because some machine they used was loaned from an out of network hospital or something and not covered.

My wife had a similar occurance where a machine or device used in her procedure was from an out of network facility.

At once time, St. George was in undated with panhandlers, usually around the Siegen/I-10 area and had encampments in the woods between there and Bluebonnet.

I dreaded seeing them whenever I made my way into town but maybe a year or so, they vanished.

Poof! Magic fairy dust or something.

Hurricane Camille was one of the most powerful hurricanes to make landfall in the United States when it hit southern Mississippi in August 1969. A devastating tropical cyclone, Camille was one of four Atlantic hurricanes to strike the United States as a Category 5 on the Saffir–Simpson scale, the highest category corresponding to maximum sustained winds[nb 1] of at least 157 mph (253 km/h).

I was only 2yrs old when Camille hit so I have no recollection. However, my sister who was 10 and my parents always bring up Camille as the benchmark. Camille scared the crap out of most everyone.

That's the public right-of-way not Walmart's property.

The current problem is the neighborhood developer is responsible for that treatment plant. After about 10 years, the developer can no longer afford to maintain. Our neighborhood's plant was sold a few years ago to a larger company.

Wrong
My dad enlisted in the navy at 17... after losing a brother in WWII. Grandma had to sign the papers being he was a minor and cried the whole time.
Served during Korea on a repair vessel and got to see a variety of ships.
Like everything else it looks smaller than it used to be.

We went to Omaha in 87 BECAUSE Belle was kicked off the team.
Remember when it was appropriate to dress like you're going to church or a business meeting when flying?

Deangelo's wild mushroom calzone was my favorite. Does anyone remember what all the ingredients were?
