I’ll put it this way: if I were getting married and could afford losing my cash on the videographer, I’d absolutely go with another one over this even if it cost me another 5K. I don’t want an evil twat like that there for my special day.

He could volunteer to do it for free and I still would hire someone else

Here is a Reddit thread from last year with a bunch of photographers basically saying they got scammed.

The hits keep coming. Wow.

If you take a college marketing class in the next 50 years, there is a good chance there will be a detailed analysis of this situation in the textbooks. What an absolute failure on the company’s part.

This is the guy.

Scammed 90 couples by 2013... and seven years have now passed. This is what a compassionate society would do to this serial conman at this point.

The owner of the company should do the world a favor and go suck on the end of a shotgun. What a truly evil demon. frick that guy and anyone who agrees with his “contracts are contracts” attitude in this situation. Much less the taunting he did...

A tad? That went completely out of bounds. Whoever posted that needed to have their arse beat.

The right thing to do was probably open their date on the calendar and try to Book it. If filled, refund the guys money, if not offer a partial return to cover basic time for two workers.

When they chose to take the low road and chide the guy on the anniversary of his cancelled wedding, they fricked up. At this point they deserve the smearing they get and should pay the guy back all his money.

So going down the rabbit hole a hit more, Jesse posted that an employee committee suicide over this matter, presumably in an attempt to garner sympathy.

But it’s look like he either straight up made up it up or just used a real suicide from 2018 and made it seem like it just happened.

I think it’s clear that Jesse is not just a scam artist, but a straight up sadistic individual.

I read the article, sounds like the videographer is a piece of shite, why am I wrong? Feel like I’m missing something.

And why are people saying that the videographer should do a partial refund? What?! You take the loss, that person took the ultimate loss.

O man. This gets even better.

Email war between paralegal and lawyer goes public
quote:

A week after thousands were privy to their contentious e-mail exchange, one can only assume Jesse J. Clark, a Massachusetts College of Law student, and Auburn lawyer Rosaleen J. Clayton wish they had never met.
quote:

The bad blood started when Clark interviewed for a paralegal position at Clayton’s firm. Clayton then e-mailed Clark, stating that while she thought he would be “a good addition,” she wanted to test his work product before hiring him full time.
Basically she found an error in one of his writing samples, and this is how he responded:
quote:

I am sure if I was wrong, my professor would have corrected my [sic] on it since he has been practicing for 35 years, whereas you have only been practicing since 2002
But this is the kicker that pretty much ended his budding legal career:
quote:

However, I just do not want to waste my time on a women [sic] attorney who thinks she knows it all. It’s amazing that the Ma Bar lets women practice law. Shouldn’t you be home cleaning and raising children?
And despite concealing his identity, people eventually figured out who he was, and it gets even weirder:
quote:

Clark turned his own online modeling portfolio into a fake nude modeling ad using the name and photo of the Lawyers Weekly reporter who called him, a page he offered to remove if the paper deleted all mention of him.
quote:

An abovethelaw.com editor who also refused to delete posts about Clark found her photo and cell phone number listed in a phony Craigslist personal ad seeking a “casual encounter.”

Then again, Justin looks like a psychopath.

The owner of the wedding photo business photoshopped the pic to give Justin crazy eyes. Not even kidding.

Welp, he just about destroyed his business.

What a POS

If they were cash strapped they could have gotten a PPP loan and likely not had to pay it back.

These guys are fooked.

OK.

You all thought it was good and weird.

Well, as I searched his name, this video of him supporting "Hemo Aware" and talking about his hemophilia is out there.

And, I'm stuck here thinking, "virtual certainty he's lying about this too!"

You get the impression this guy is a few eggs short of a dozen

I hope they get their arse blown off and go bankrupt due to negative reviews. Then I hope Justin uses the money he'll get from GoFundMe to buy the videographer's domain name, and replace it with a message saying "This is where my website would've been, but I went broke because I'm a sadistic, brainless cocksucker. Life's a bitch."

Forget about simply doing the decent thing under tragic circumstances, but to taunt the guy about the death of his fiancee on the day they were to be married....that’s next level fricked up.

Good lord that might be the most messed up thing I’ve ever seen in a situation like this. What could possibly make them think that was a good idea
