Oppenheimer's eligibility requirements were tied to its 2023 release.

It would not be eligible today
I mean like most things, this is pretty performative so you have a lot of avenues to meet the requirements (behind the scenes, industry access, audience development). Hell the cast requirements are included women and ethnic groups. They wouldn’t not let a legit best picture front runner not be included in some way.

I don’t think the authors knows hour an ordinal numbers work.
Glad I saw this, so I could send my condolence to my Spurs friend (as blessed Cleveland fan). Y’all should be mad at Trump. Undefeated when he shows up. 0-4 when he doesn’t.
The best I can tell, a lot of these rumors were probably just made up by random people with no insider information at all.

true, this movie will bomb spectacularly.

The rumors about this movie are enough for me to hold off on this movie until all of the rumors are confirmed to be false.
I just think the rumors are funny because I think a lot of them (or all of them) were just completely made.

And if it wasn’t made up by them, it pretty clear that there is a group of people who haven’t gotten popular for their anti-woke content, but are now audience captured, so they actually NEED wokeness because they benefit from it to the point they’ll just straight manufacture it. They’re like anti-racists who became popular, influential, etc. and now they need racism so they can take their anti-racist position that they’ve benefited from. And they’ll manufacture it if they need to.

In this case, while Nolan is obviously left or center, he’s definitely more of your classical liberal type who values a lot of things conservative value like tradition (practical effects, film instead of digital, traditional theatrical releases windows, etc), family, order (but not at the trade off of liberty), history, etc. He doesn’t even own a smart phone.

Anyways, it’s why on social media you’ll see a lot of commies and progressives who criticize him, and right now you can see it’s coming from both sides, when it’s likely to just be a normie interpretation accessible to the masses and people will have to conjecture up reasons to be outraged, beyond just substantive issues related to the film itself and the adaptation.

The Big TEN conference goes out of its way to protect its teams.
We’ll see how it all plays out, but next season OSU plays Indiana, Iowa, and USC on the road, and plays Oregon, Michigan, and Illinois at home. Plus they obviously play Texas on the road week 1.

Last season, OSU played 3 playoff teams (Oregon, Penn State, and Indiana) in conference and 2 of them were on the road.

I don’t get it. We watch her allow one vehicle to pass, and it looks like she was waving the to pass them. So why would we assume she was was actually blocking them when she wasn’t on the video? Like it’s possible, but don’t understand why would see one thing then assume it’s the opposite thing when they weren’t able to see it.

Is she a traffic director? What’s your point?
That she wasn’t trying to impede ICE or go after them. And there are eyewitnesses who say they heard one officer yell “move, move, move.” I mean I think the simplest explanation regardless, was she was probably scared and wanted out of there, because that would be a normal human reaction. Most people aren’t tying to run people over, especially if they have gun. Those who do, usually have a history of violence and criminality.

I mean it looks like she was waving ICE vehicles around.

Nolan is my favorite film maker of all time, but holy shite what an arrogant and stupid statement.
I mean this is obviously a true statement, and it’s a fairly common theme in various fictional works (like in Thor).

How is that socialist?
Because that would mean the owners don’t own the means of production when the proletariat doesn’t produce. :dunno:

About 15k
When you said you didn’t have to report, I thought you meant it was under that $600 or whatever threshold where it’s required to issue a 1099, even though you’re still expected to report it.

But in what world do you not have to report $15k? Was it a mistake or something?

Then you know how man of your cases aren’t caused by a random 3rd vehicle that doesn’t hit anyone.
I don’t understand this argument at all. By this logic, you could just drive down the wrong side of the road indefinitely and so long as you’re not involved in any wrecks directly, then you didn’t cause any of them.

That’s obviously silly, and I’m sure you’ll say that’s not what happened, but that’s entirely consistent with the logic of the arguments you’ve been repeating for 40 pages, and in response to a bunch of people trying to point out both the legal and logical flaws of it.
I can’t ever tell if he’s trolling or sincere, but this is par for the course for Sam for years. And I’m pretty sure he’s popped up on here a few times over the years for his hyperbole.
