Ouch. Bet Cowan regrets that one

ETA: Ok that was weird. For some reason ESPN was showing me the LSU Nicholls game for a while. Had to back out and come back in to get the Mcneese game. I’ve had some weird hiccups with the espn app but this is a first.
Great game from Schmidt and Rizzy.

If Schmidt can carry that over he’s going to be a monster.
I’ve seen all of the points since I made that post and if anyone is curious the gumbo is fantastic.

We finally saw more of that late last year, but we really had some issues with guys pressing early and on into the midway point of SEC play. We do seem a lot more settled at the plate from the jump this year.

Trademark of a Jay Johnson coached team. They’re always patient disciplined hitters by the end of the year. For them to have bought in this early is a damn good sign.

Make a list and keep doing chores brother. You are doing great!

Cooking what is likely to be the last gumbo of the year. So I’ll likely have to get up again this inning to start the rice. Wouldn’t be surprised if I missed the next one.

Every time I get up and do something else for a few minutes we score runs. I haven’t seen us score a single run this game and I in fact have no idea how any of them have scored. If it was a close game I believe I would be forced to not watch anymore.

Are they fricking serious with this camera angle? 100 ft behind the catcher for each pitch With a shadow so you cant see the hitter Someone needs to tweet this garbage to d1

Yea they need to cut that shite out

let SEC Network run college baseball and let d1 rot. It’s an awful site

I would prefer Disney not have a strangle hold over all things. Thank you very much.
I think you’ll enjoy kings of the Wyld. It’s basically a dnd campaign written out in story form. It’s a lot of fun.

An 8-9 hour drive to a region with few LSU fans (when we're the only team with anything resembling a following there) is an embarrassing parting present from Woodward

Jay loves these tournaments. This has nothing to do with Woodward and they’re not going to stop. He thinks it helps him prepare his team for the postseason and Omaha. It’s one weekend of inconvenience to better prepare the team you claim to love for a a championship. I think you can get over it.

The rest of us would like to know

It was a typo and everyone ran with it. Simple as that.
Wasn’t really a background check. The husband of his affair partner burned himself and his kids alive inside their house. That’s what made us backtrack. If that doesn’t happen he is absolutely our next coach.

Are you high?

He’s on narcotics
He’s already done it once that’s how we got him here

The fact that they have to buy their own tools is insane. Imagine if you were a chef at a restaurant and had to bring in your own gloves, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. just to do your job. Asinine.

Chefs actually do bring in a lot of their own equipment. Not pots and pans of course. But knives, honers, shears, tweezers, tasting spoons are absolutely personally owned at a ton of restaurants.

Defensive line coach at Western Kentucky

Yea no chance in hell we actually get to 105 this year. Nor do I think it’s necessary or even advisable to do so.

He’ll cry racism and the liberal judge will buy it. Then he’ll cry some problem, go to rehab, do some counseling, pronounce himself cured and will be coaching again in 5 years.

Idk if he’ll serve any time but this dude will never coach in major athletics again. He’ll be lucky to get the defensive coordinator job at a small private school after this.
I could see Brad ending up back at Arkansas.

Atkins is going to find an Oline job somewhere. He’s not a bad coach.

Idk wtf Hankton is going to do. I could see him having to drop down a level.

Wish we could get him back in the stadium one of these days. Despite how it ended and the baggage that came to light after he was gone the man gave LSU a lot of great memories. Maybe in 2027 they’ll honor that 2007 team and invite him back.
