Get a mini excavator and dispose of everything including the dirt, then backfill.
I wonder if the owner has any ties or recipes to Brian Nguyen, the owner of the former Taste of Asia. My lord the food they served up was nothing short of amazing, all Thai food I've had since then has been disappointing.
Clearance of plaques doesn't restore lost cognitive function. Last time I read up on all the current theories was that plaques were a symptom of and not the cause of Alzheimer's. Best case is that clearance of plaques *may* slow down the disease. The problem with Alzheimer's research is that by the time someone gets a diagnosis, the damage started occurring 10-20 years prior to the symptoms becoming bad enough to really show up on anyone's radar. Making healthy diet/exercise/lifestyle choices throughout your life is about the most anyone can do.
On a side note: one of the drugs in the pipeline to treat Alzheimer's works by altering gamma oscillations in the brain. I'm not sure if it works by just treating the cognitive symptoms or actually fixing/slowing down the underlying disease.
Sickening.. lots of upspeak, forced acknowledgement of feelings and transfer of responsibility for her feelings to others. That cop exercised a great deal of patience.

That seems to be pattern for emotionally driven people. Once you acknowledge whatever feelings they are talking about, that's your arse because they are going to flip the script and say whatever you are doing is causing those negative emotions (unsafe, scared, terrified, worried, targeted, whatever). This puts you in a defensive position to explain things more or appear to be cold person that doesn't care about others feelings. We have a lady like this at work that's ran people ragged doing this same crap for a lot of reasons including pumping people for privileged info because her co workers/ manager felt they needed to explain things to her to quell her anxiety. Anyway, you can put a stop to it by saying they are acting irrationally in a polite manner, offer to point them to resources that can help them and strongly reinforcing boundaries by saying you owe them no explanation.
TLDR: don't acknowledge crazy.
Lee Mallet being appointed to multiple high level positions given his checkered history that's readily searchable online isn't giving people much hope for our political climate.
Chamber vac but be sure cool or freeze the soup before sealing it. Room temp or warmer liquids boil under strong vacuum and it will make a giant mess if you forget this.

White clam sauce is amazing on a pizza
They aren't worth it for most people. I can work on all my own stuff, picked up a M series AWD BMTroubleYou pretty cheap and I have to tell you, it's one of the most pleasurable and best driving cars I've ever been in. At 150mph making high speed lane changes, it feels 100% glued to the track and in control. The engines( N63TU series) in them are known for being ticking time bombs though and require you to stay way ahead of the maintenance intervals. There's a few reliability mods that help prevent issues too like turbo blankets but I digress. Anyway, over engineered German luxury is way nicer than Japanese luxury but Japanese reliability is way ahead of German reliability.

I bought 6 of them before the freeze last year and they work great. Hopefully they last a long time
Beef stroganoff, gumbo and chili. Milk sandwiches are in the menu as well

Poor guy would have a stroke if he had to work on euro cars.

I know one of the directors at bcbs and this is what he told me. He's a pretty smart guy and has no reason to lie but google searches support his assertion.
I think it's funny and pretty advanced prankery for a 4 year old. Don't ever let him know you think it's funny or impressive or he will keep doing it. You're gonna have your hands full, brother!
On a side note, BCBS started losing money at a rapid pace as the Glp-1's became more widely prescribed and they had to adjust their coverages and cost.
I'll pay $100 for her to see a speech therapist. The upspeak is like fingernails in a chalkboard.
There are a bunch of sleep apnea meds in clinical trials right now, the one in the article is a combination of an ADHD med(Strattera) plus a isomer of a bladder control drug(ditropan).
Another interesting one that's in the pipeline is a combo of a diuretic(acetazolamide) plus synthetic THC. The theory is that it prevents the muscles in your throat from fully relaxing so your airway isn't obstructed as well as stimulating breathing.

The best is the use of, "ummm" in conjunction with - like. "Like, ummmm."

Throw in "literally" and you've got the trifecta
I've contemplated building one of these with all of the oak trees.

Daughter overuses the word "like"

Posted by sleepytime on 12/13/25 at 2:14 pm
My teenage daughter uses the word "like" multiple times in every sentence and it's driving me bonkers. I've tactfully brought it to her attention several times, worked with her to slow things down but it seems as if it's just getting worse, akin to a Tourette's tick. It's so bad that it's hard to follow along with what she's saying. Is there anything that can be done?
