There are now calls for the FBI to get involved.

The crazy thing is that people are trying to give the party that committed a crime a pass and the party that did not commit a crime is getting pulverized.

Cancel culture on full display.

that's funny since the videographer is an actual documented criminal who was prosecuted for defrauding couples who hired him. But whatever helps you feel like a tough guy

I mean, you're not wrong, but it's still bad PR. The "pick your battles" phrase exists for a reason. Is this the battle you want to pick?

And one guy's trying to get out of a contract. The other's taunting someone about his dead fiance. There are just two different levels to this.

See the 2nd paragraph of my post.

AKA emotions

Maybe if the company took emotions into consideration this wouldn't even be a story. Unfortunately they decided to go all in by giving people negative emotions about them by going after the guy on the date of his wedding about his dead fiance.

PR is emotions, this company screwed up hard and they only have themselves to blame, they could of not refunded and not had this big of an outrage. No way this makes this here if the company just said no and not done anything online. The company's reaction to the guy's online campaign is 100% at fault for it getting this far.
