The older drivers with seniority are worth it, but the newer younger guys suck! The newer guys did not have to bust arse to work their way up in the same fashion as the older drivers did. UPS is still the best parcel service, but they do not provide the same service level they did say five years ago.

You are crazy if you think these newer guys aren't busting arse too. Volume is higher than it's ever been due to online ordering.

The part timers don't deliver packages so I doubt they leave anything on the side of the road. By all means though go apply.

As a Driver Helper, you’ll ride along with a Package Delivery Driver in our famous brown trucks and help get packages of all shapes and sizes exactly where they need to be. It’s a lot of in and out of the truck, making deliveries and greeting customers. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

This seasonal role is a lot of work but also a lot of fun—this might be the busiest time of the year for us, but it’s also full of festive cheer and happy faces.

Hourly UPSers are critical and essential. That’s because they’re the ones sorting and delivering the millions of packages our customers count on us to deliver.

they dont? Why are some of you such jackasses?

Unions promote laziness and inefficiency in every workplace they exist.

They do foster an environment of working down to the level of the laziest worker in the place because he’s making the same and skating, so it forces management to have to stay on top of everyone all the time, and that’s inefficient. Definitely not a great place for middle managers.

Its a union and is based on seniority, not quality of service?

Yea, why don't we just let the rich keep all the money and screw over the average working American?

Cause the laws totally work to protect the everyday American. Unions might have some faults, but they're a whole lot better than the alternative.

Keep sucking down that 1% propaganda while the rich continue to frick over working Americans.

Are you mad that unions spend money to influence politics, or are you mad that unions spend money to influence democrats?

Because every company that your 401k is invested in spends money on dems and repubs.
