It takes a LONG time to move into a driver position. My buddy who is in the 25 most senior drivers at his facility has worked there for 15 years and only became a full time driver 4 years ago. He’s also topped out at the $42/hr pay rate.

Yep, it's a diamond in the rough job opportunity. An unskilled blue collar job that can turn into a career if you're willing to put the time in.
