There's a lot of comments from people online saying they've reported him for various things, from verbal harrassment to flashing his junk, etc., they say they're just ignored.
Could be just the pastor's followers lying for him, could be true. Nothing surprises me.

He's going to have to take a plea, despite all the bravado he's currently spewing. He does not want to go to jury with that video.
He gets the guy down quickly, and has him face down completely defenseless and unable to strike back... and proceeds to beat on him for quite awhile.
There are two pauses where I guess he takes a breath, and then resumes throwing punches. That's a bad look, because it can and would be argued that he's had time to cool down and expend his initial rage, and was in zero danger if he stopped; but he then starts beating on him again.
And then he starts bending the guy's head back and twisting, certainly can be argued that he's now trying to cause extreme harm instead of "just punching". That wasn't immediate, it was after he hit him maybe a dozen times without resistance. If it had happened instantly you could say it was just part of the fight, but doing it that late you can easily state there was thoughtful intent involved there. He beat the shite out of him, and then he grabbed his head and started twisting.
That late kick after getting up and turning away, that doesn't help either.
And as for the "EBR doesn't put murderers in jail" comment, you're forgetting Spell isn't the right demographic for that to apply.

But it appears the overwhelming majority of blacks in BR support his actions. You add the preacher factor on top of that and they will have a tough time finding a jury in BR to convict him.

I've never noticed anyone harassing the church, and I drive past that 3-4 times a week.
I HAVE occasionally seen cops posted up around there, but I think they're more looking for speeders. That, and to discourage some of the driving shenanigans you see where it drops from 4 to 2 lanes, which is just up the road.

With all the accusations flying around about the family of the 20 year old, clearly there should be years of police reports, restraining orders etc. If not this spell dude is seriously not very intelligent. All ya got now is spell coming at him in a threatening manner.
