You won’t be saying that in 30 years when the U.S. is single payer and the majority of the people using it are fat tub of lards.

Some help for the fatties with cravings…avoid the ingredient combo of oil, salt, and sugar. Avoid the bliss point

I'm almost 77, 5'6 195 pounds with a 31.5 BVMI and considered obese. I've been fighting weight gain for years. I watch what I eat but gain weight just looking at the wrong foods. Its a daily challenge to try and lose weight.

Depends on a few things. If somebody was 300 lbs 2 yrs ago and is a 250 now, exercises 5 x per week and has not used the fat drugs, I say good for them and keep going. It's the people who don't even try that I don't have respect for.

Same for me but for people who are broke.

I expect the obesity epidemic to be solved by 30 years from now. Rates are already dropping.

Fat people genes were the original famine survivors.

Like obese people. I take care of myself relatively well and it disgusts me when I see obese people. Have some fricking pride about yourself.
It’s deeper than the surface for them. It reveals their inner turmoil. Much like the weak minded quitters during every LSU sporting event. They show how they crumble during adversity. It reveals everything.
I don’t know how to fix that for either. It’s the same shite but manifesting different. I empathize with the fat people though. Except when they’re fat and rude.

IMO, people with addictive personalities will be hooked on something. Whether it's alcohol, tobacco, food, or some other vice.
When people stopped smoking, the ones that would have smoked - picked up the eating addiction.

Guess how many carts I saw hauling people around the Athens and Rome airports today? Hint - the number looks like the letter “O”.

The older I get the less I worry about other people. It surprises me a lot of folks go the other way. Too much news and not enough hobbies

I never respected fat ppl at all. Even as a kid I saw them as less-than. Most of it comes from how I was raised, but always were aware of fat ppl's poor decision making.
So, they never had respect to lose.
