Yeah idk why you would do that to yourself. Its even worse when they have kids. Not only are they making a bad example of themselves but they also lack the horsepower to enjoy activities with their children to the fullest. They also aren't taken as seriously at work and socially.
You're showing your children that it is OK to live in sin.
Unless you're mentally challenged or completely off grid not knowing isnt a valid excuse. We can educate ourselves on pretty much any topic we want to without getting off the couch.

And most I assure you don’t want to be fat. They just don’t know how.

Agree
I put very little effort in and I’m not close to fat. There’s really no excuse for it.

There is zero excuse for being obese, zero.

I'm a large guy. I've weighed 250-260 most of my life.
When I was doing 3 hours of training 4 days a week and more on the weekends when I was training for triathlons. I ran those triathlons at 250.
I do crossfit at 55 years old, 3x a week, I weigh 250. I drink no alcohol or soft drinks. I'm incredibly fit, but would be considered obese.
I have undertaken the effort to get slim. I got down to 207. To get there and stay there, my diet can only exist of baked chicken breast, steamed vegetables, egg whites and plain baked potatoes, nothing else. If I eat anything else, I gain weight.
While I understand that eat less, move more and weight loss is a math problem and thermodynamics, sometimes a regular diet is enough to sustain 250 lbs for some folks.
I'm trying to drop weight again because I know its healthier. I eat two small oranges for breakfast. If I bring my lunch to work, it's typically a cup and a half of gumbo or some similar. If I don't, its a 6" subway sandwich. For dinner, its a small bowl of chicken and vegetables. If hunger gets the best of me, I eat a satsuma. Doing that EVERY day, nets me 1.5 lb loss a week. This includes doing crossfit 3x a week and walking at least a mile at lunch daily.
Some of us are just more efficient with a calorie than others. Upside, I'm going to outlive everyone in the apocalypse.

I’m reading this and immediately thinking about the Chinese buffet I’m going to for lunch. I’ll be in goon town while you relatively take care yourself
Context: goon town (crab rangoons) is from mullet reviews, very funny (to me at least) buffet reviewer

You need to go to a doctor or you are eating way more than you think you are.
Either way, you’re probably crash dieting and fricking your hormones up

Yeah, “Im more efficient with a calorie than others” is stupid. You are eating 2500 cals a day or more to only lose 1.5 a week at 250. When I weighed 250, that was my target calorie and I lost 2lbs a week. Lifting 4 days and getting 10k steps a day

Yeah, it would have to be those obese clueless losers from Maga that still think Trump is a tell it like it is great potus.
Besides being ugly and fat, any question of substance a reporter poses to them just gets a confused deer in the headlights look or some stupid answer that a four year old could debunk.

i dont lack respect for them. losing weight, cutting calories, overhauling your lifestyle and diet esp when you have a sedentary job is very difficult and takes a lot of discipline and effort.
In SE LA I was raised to make certain foods, its what i instinctively know how to make. Tasty, relatively cheap, very high cal. great when you're a kid running around outside all day, not so great when you're 40+ and working a desk job.
Its very easy to get away from you.

It's easier than you think if you would just look into it.
YouTube is a wonderful resource for health and fitness.
Just get started. It doesn't have to be a perfect start and you'll figure it out as you go along.
