Like obese people. I take care of myself relatively well and it disgusts me when I see obese people. Have some fricking pride about yourself.

Lazy fricks

We’ll all be dead one day and none of it will matter.

When did you first realize the amount of respect you originally had for fat people?

I hate people who force me to look at their rolls of fat looking though their shitty polyester shirts. Disgusting and disrespectful

The older I get the more I sympathize. Life gets busy. Responsibilities pile up. Free time to cook well and eat well and exercise well gets hard to come by. Also, life is more expensive than ever.

It's doable for most, but it sure ain't easy.

I mostly agree. Live and let live. But I do get pissed when I have to sit by a fat frick on an airplane or at an event. If you’re too big for a regulation seat stay home.

Is there anything more disgusting than an obese, progressive white woman with blue hair and a septum ring?

The earth has been here 4 billion years. Tell us about your differences in who is alive and who is dead In less than 100 years no one will ever know that anybody here ever was here.

For most people, being overweight is a choice. As a society, it’s easier to choose calorie dense food than to make better choices. Also, as a society, it has become easier than ever to become a complete a-hole and have zero compassion for others. Personally, I’ll take the fat people, they don’t disgust me, assholes do.

The government made it very difficult to not be fat by allowing big food to poison us with seed oils and processed foods.

Now it takes willpower and discipline to avoid the fat poisons which are everywhere.

Carnivore diet or very close to it is the way to go, limit carbs, and avoid seed oils and all processed foods, and lifting helps.

That isn’t a reason to make life harder on those around you.

It is incredibly selfish.

frick that, it is far easier to NOT consume 500 calories than it is to burn 500 calories.

This is complete horseshite. It’s easier than ever to eat healthy and diet is 90% of not being fat. He’ll you can get protein shakes, healthy sandwiches, etc now at gas stations. The options are there, you just are a lazy arse to not choose them. Also, the busier you are, the less time you have to eat. SO EAT LESS!!!!! You don’t have to stuff your face every 2-3 hours. You don’t have to get ‘snacks’ at every event you go to. You don’t have to dump liquid calories down your throat at the end of a week.

A lot of them are nice people. Good people. And most I assure you don’t want to be fat. They just don’t know how. They eat the processed foods they grew up eating. And society as a whole just doesn’t move like it used to. Plus, I do think genetics play part. Some people come from bigger stock, it will always be harder on them.
