Kudos for having a marked panel.
I've bought 3 "used" houses in my lifetime and none of the panels ever had any identification as to what breaker went to what.

So, YouTube TV is providing a previously announced $20 credit to your account for the troubles created by losing the Disney/ABC/ ESPN content.
Do you automatically get the credit? Of course not.
You have to follow the instructions in the email sent
And of course this was sent on a Sunday night at 10 PM, undoubtedly probably studies have been done that show what is the most likely time to deliver an email that will go unnoticed.

Low temps around here (central Alabama) will approach the low 20s Monday night/ Tuesday morning.
