Indeed. He's also exaggerating the total or left items off. Even with the $6 nacho fries it looks like that will come out to under $30 without tax. No way that was over w tax $33 (still expensive).

Yet, there is something so special about getting drunk and ordering $80 worth of Taco Bell Uber Eats at 2AM (2-3 times a year).

Except that at 2AM you’re gambling big time with respect to quality. Those late night employees sometimes give 1% effort.

Just like every other fast food chain these days you have to order on their app or you’re getting totally ripped off.

Taco Bell is probably the worst out of them all.

They push that app so hard to justify the cost of keeping it and data collection associated with forcing people to use it. All about obtaining user data!!

In college I would go work out, then go to Taco Bell and get three chicken burritos for 79 cents each as a post workout dinner, and they were so big I wouldn't be able to finish it in one sitting.

This was my me and my hubby’s go to while dating… you could get plenty of food, it was tasty and it didn’t break a teenager’s wallet.

I'll be sure to let Yum Brands know how critical it is old fricks take using an app is while ironically they post on a message board site saved on their phone home screen

I'll report back when they change/remove their consumer savings model from all online platforms.

Maybe Taco Bell doesn't qualify as food.

Nothing ever beat .50 tacos to go from Panchos in Metairie. Smooth 20 for $10.

You go to Taco Bell for cheap and fast. Otherwise go to one of the 500 Mexican restaurants or Taquerias in town.
Don’t order off special menu and stick to basics.

Bean Burrito $1.99
Soft Taco $1.89
SM Drink $2.59
Total $6.47

I always have a couple water bottles in my truck. If I’m having a busy day, I’ll hit up the drive thru for 1 bean burrito, pull in parking spot. Eat my burrito and play on phone for 10 minutes then back to work and it only cost me $2.09 after tax (not including my water).
