I can’t handle less than 7 hours of sleep more than 2 or 3 days in a row.
I start to have trouble functioning.
And even can feel physically sick.
Headache. Brain fog. Irritable.
I’m in my 30s and have two under 3. It’s been tough at times :lol: I have to go to bed early.
