Worked for a contractor in a plant during the summers in between spring and fall semesters. Two people got fired for fricking in the port-a-johns during work. They forgot to lock the handle and an operator or someone who worked for that plant opened it up and that’s what he saw.

Seeing a guy put $2500+ in a day on a fuel card was a pretty good one.
Word is that cars were lined up in the street since this fool was giving away free gas.

I was doing some computer work at a place. It seemed the head admin lady would go get supplies and pay for it herself and then have the company pay her back. It was found out that she would write a company check to herself for the receipt amount. She would write the amount as far over on the right as she could get it. The owner signed it cause it matched. She would then alter the check by writing in an much higher amount.
example:
Check would be for 120.00 she would go in and add an 8 or 9 to the front of the number and the written amount also.
She was only caught cause she got greedy and did over 10K one time which generated a call from the bank.
I have no idea what happened to her as I finished the job that afternoon.

One time there was this dude in another department, but his cubical was on the other side so we would talk and what not. There was this girl in his department that I assumed was his best friend or something. I would always see them go to lunch together, they would talk to each other throughout the day, etc.
He had a girlfriend and from what I understood she was either still a stripper at the time or used to be a stripper. Evidently he had pictures of her topless on stage or whatever. Something happened and he pissed the girl he was friends with at work, off and she went tell HR he had porn on his computer. He had several pictures of his girlfriend, in a folder on his desktop, topless.
When they fired him, he told them the girl at work had inappropriately touched him several times and because he did have a girlfriend it made him really uncomfortable and that she did it several times after he told her to stop. At the time no one knew she told HR about the pictures, people just thought IT found them or something and she was telling people "I was more surprised than anyone that he would keep that on his work computer". Several days later she was fired for "creating a toxic work environment".
After she was fired thats when everyone learned what all happened. But it was stupid for him to have topless pictures of his girlfriend on his work computer, but the girl was pretty stupid for letting her emotions get the best of her and go tell HR about the pictures because it ended up costing her her job as well.

Had a guy that used to go to the toilet for an hour plus...he would go to take a nap. HR gave him an out....asked him if he had a chronic illness ( but didn't have to actually specify)... But he was like " no, I just stay out late and need to take a nap"

I did a reorg for a PE backed small O&G company. HR manager was decent looking and would show up really done up some days and a complete mess others. Turns out she was hooking through Craigslist on her lunch break and using her company email and computer to do it all. IT guy said she had some wild shite on her computer.

Worked with a guy at a Fortune 150 financial services company that got fired for putting his penis on things. The guy would go into meeting rooms and apparently just put his penis all over any equipment in the room. The guy was “smart” though, so he always made sure to turn any cameras in the room off to the side so he couldn’t be caught.
One of the rooms he was frequenting was a video conference room the execs used to meet with overseas management. They started to get annoyed/suspicious that the video conference cameras in the room were always turned askew.
They installed another security camera in the room to catch whoever was screwing around with the expensive equipment and wasting the C suites time. They expected to catch someone just screwing around with the company property for shits & giggles, probably not a fireable offense. Instead, they got a nice full frontal show from an accounting manager. I’ve always wondered what he told his wife the reason for his firing was

Ex brother in law worked offshore making big bucks. He liked his weed a little too much and smoked some before going out on a hitch. They popped him with a random drug test and he refused and quit on the spot. That was a six figure job back in the early 2000's. He told my sister(his wife at the time) and my mom that he had nothing to hide and the company was out to sabotage him. Idiot.

We had a guy use the company card to buy a exmark zero turn mower get caught and had to pay it back. Didn't get fired, then a month later he went on vacation with his wife and paid for the entire trip with his company card and was finally fired.

At a shipyard where 90% of the ships being worked on / repaired were Navy, a black HR assistant in a cubicle of her own, had a legal pad, 3rd sheet, titled "Fleet Is In" at the top. Numbers 1 through 13 ran down one side. Next to each number, a single name & rank : likes to eat me on the rag; loves anal, both of us; can frick all night; BBC; little dick but loves my nipples.......Company CFO was a very nosey boss type, late after work one day, he rummaged thru her desk ( which he was famous for doing to everyone) & found the legal sheet. Next morning he called her into his office, behind closed doors, fired her. She starts screaming to where the whole office could hear her, word for word. Her defense was her sex life was nobody's business, with a lot of F words thrown in. As the story eventually leaked out, in detail, he told her he was going to have a meeting with the Naval Commander of the Yard, and would go down the list with him. Apparently more than a few on the list were married. She caved & walked out meekly. That story followed her around for years.

When doing the IT consulting thing I got handed a new contract for an emergency opening. Seems my predecessor decided it was a good idea to pull a knife on the CEO at the company Christmas party.....Oddly enough that didn't play out very well for him.

Former company I worked for had recently installed dashmount cameras in all company trucks. The camera had one facing front, and another facing the cab. The camera would be activated with a motion sensor in the case of a crash, or it could be activated when you honk the horn or press a button on the camera. It would save 8 seconds before and 8 seconds after and automatically email it to our safety manager. A coworker spent a late night out at the bar one week night, and decided it would be better to go pass out in the truck by the job trailer so he wouldn't be later for work after getting 2hrs of sleep or so. Dumbass finished chugging a beer, tossed it out the window, and accidently hit the horn while he was leaning his seat back to get comfortable, then cussed the safety manager after he realized what he did.

Not getting fired, but a great way to quit
A flight attendant was on call, and got called to get to the airport ASAP to cover for another flight attendant who had called in sick. It was last minute and the flight was getting delayed
She busts her arse to get there right away.
When she walks onto the plane, a passenger in first class demands a drink and says “I’ve had to wait for you, now you get to wait on me”.
She says “frick you. I quit. See how long you get to wait now”

Many years ago before I became an OT baller I had the displeasure of working a crappy construction job. Our site superintendent was fired for bringing hookers to his job site trailer at night and smoking crack with them. Ole baw was messaging/soliciting them on his company phone and even had videos of the after hours crack smoking trailer sexcapades on his company phone. One of the hookers was about 80lbs soaking wet and when bossman would show up with her on the back of his motorcycle she always looked like dark helmet from Spaceballs because she was so skinny and the helmet was way too big

I’m torn on that one. Guy could’ve been a slacker and called in sick, but at least he was committed to the job the next day.
