This is a double post but people under 18 have first amendment rights as well when it comes to walkouts. Criminally there is nothing anyone can do about a walkout.

Used Quicken/Rocket for over a decade, never had any issues..... never had problems getting to real people that spoke native English.....paid off last mortgage 6 years ago... looks like things have really changed.
Local bank just sold our last mortgage off to a company that appears to be heavy into debt collection.... hoping for rates to drop a little more just to get away from them.
