Absolutely not. That’s what the programs are there for. It’s the lazy POSes that can work but choose not to and leach off the program that are the problem. Use it while you need it, recover, and then go back to work. The way it should be. Prayers be with you while you attempt to heal.

Good luck man. I was a single father of three and broke as shite after my divorce. As mentioned in this thread do what you need to do to get by. These are what these government programs were set up too do. Good luck

Hell no man. I guarantee that you've paid into the system more than you'll get the opportunity to use it. Keep your head up. Government assistance is there for situations like this. They're just giving you back a fraction of the money you've loaned (they stole) through the years

Absolutely not. IMO this is why the social network was set up in the first place......to help folks like you. You have nothing to feel ashamed about. Unfortunately the circumstances of you illness has prevented you from working. I'm really am sorry to hear of your misfortune. I live with the threat of stroke all the time. It's no picnic let me tell ya.
