The gym I go to has one that looks almost identical, it has two weight stacks at the bottom of the machine. One stack for the left attachment and one for the right.

Yeah it was. My doctor had me wear that wrap around sling that kept my shoulder immobile for 6 weeks.

I missed all of this yesterday, I wasn’t expecting to wake up to any of this drama. The college football news cycle has been pretty quick the last couple weeks, unfortunately he is more than likely done with big time college football for the foreseeable future.

It wasn’t very good. Although, Netflix probably gives it a second season just because of how it ended.

I remember one of my uncles watching Home Alone at a Christmas party when I was a teenager and laughing hysterically throughout the movie, it’s honestly the only time I remember him laughing and having a good time.
