Yeah, there’s also a reason they don’t announce to put one foot in front of the other while walking. It’s common sense.

You want off the plane first. Pay up. The airlines always announce when a connection is in risk of not making. Otherwise sit the frick down and stop contributing to the decay of society.

Same story here… when we bought our current house 5 years ago we were less than half what we are now. It’s ridiculous. Time to shop…. Lately every time I do it’s “they’re the best value”.

I’ve switched to ghee. It’s just clarified butter (butter with cream removed) so it doesn’t burn as easily. Much tastier and less motor oil. :lol:

The premiums on APMEX right now are absurd. Almost 25% on eagles. When prices go down premium to buy goes up and when prices go up the premium goes down only slightly but the discount to sell goes up much more.
