The rain there drains into the Sacreamento River and out to the sea.
The Marina on that river has (to me) unbelievable pilings and all the frickin' piers are floating, like they and the boats attached to them can rise maybe 25 feet
antioch marina on the Sacramento River, where the pilings are taller than sailboat masts

Look at the web cams for Donner Pass, there is a shite ton of snow in the high country all ready and 3-4 feet expected.

The drought is over and hopefully, California has some huge arse mud slides and knocks the liberals into the ocean.

I bet the ground soaked up a lot of that water! Kind of like when they opened the Morganza locks from the high Mississippi River a few years ago. The swamps were parched and soaked up the water faster than people expected!

What about Lake Del Valle. It should hold some of that liquid sunshine. I mean, not all of it will drain into the river.

Are the winds similar to a 950mb hurricane? No, correct?

Slammed! Crazy times!

Stop reading the damn media bullshite. 5 inches in 24 hours is like a normal Thursday in Western North Carolina.

Lake Oroville rose 23 feet this week.

It can restart producing power at any time. The question is...will they?

The Dollop podcast episode on him was a good one. It was pre Trump breaking Dave Anthony, so it is worth the listen.
