When he came to the UGA game in 2024 my wife and I had a surprisingly easy experience getting into the stadium. They had tons of TSA agents so the searches before you entered the gate and it was efficient where we went through security.

Correct, but I expect that an argument will be made that the constitutional rights of athletes (Due Process Clause) have been violated because the law provides the NCAA with anti-trust exemptions that would take away an athletes ability to challenge the revenue sharing caps.

The question becomes whether those anti-trust exemptions are unconstitutional. Congressional regulation of college sports seems to fall well within their Commerce Clause powers and Supreme Court precedent regarding those powers. So, I don’t think Congress seeking to regulate here will be an issue. The issue will be whether Congress can extend anti-trust protections to the NCAA (history/precedent indicates that they can) and whether granting anti-trust protections violates the rights of individual athletes (this will be the primary argument made against this law, IMO).

Brad Keselowski is leaving RFK Racing at the end of the season. From the RFK statement, it sounds like he will no longer be an owner of the team, as well.

The impact Brad has made on our organization has been felt by everyone associated with RFK Racing; he’s undoubtedly been a terrific representative of our collective efforts both on and off the track,” said Chip Bowers, President of RFK Racing. “He was not simply driving the No. 6 car but investing himself in the future of the team and helping us think differently about what RFK Racing could become. We have tremendous respect for Brad as a champion, competitor, and leader, and we are grateful for the energy and commitment he has brought to RFK. Brad has been clear about his desire to continue competing for years to come, and we respect and support him in pursuing the path that best allows him to achieve those goals. With several races still ahead, we look forward to competing together through the remainder of the season.”
Keselowski joined Roush Fenway Racing as a co-owner in 2021, with the organization becoming Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing ahead of the 2022 season, when he also began driving for the team. Over the past five years, he has played a significant role in helping shape the team’s competitive direction by modernizing its efforts with an ambitious commitment to process and technology.
Keselowski will remain behind the wheel of the No. 6 Ford Dark Horse Mustang through the remainder of the 2026 season. RFK Racing and Keselowski intend to collaboratively and mutually work through the appropriate next steps regarding his existing ownership interest in the organization, and the team supports his desire to explore his career opportunities elsewhere.
RFK Racing remains committed to competing as a three-car NASCAR Cup Series organization in 2027 and will continue its active pursuit of a third charter. The team will announce future plans for the No. 6 team at the appropriate time. The search for a new head of competition, a position previously held by Keselowski, will begin immediately.
RFK Racing will continue to operate under the ownership of Roush Enterprises, building on Jack Roush’s decades of success in NASCAR, and Fenway Sports Group, a diversified global sports platform. Both ownership groups remain firmly committed to RFK Racing and its long-term success.

Saw a post about this while scrolling X this morning so I looked at it for myself. The videos and images being posted are rather disturbing. It’s not a Halloween thing because these type of posts go back several months.

Probably greatly degraded. I’d still like to see a deal that will hopefully prevent them from restarting their nuclear program and also keeps them from continuing to cause problems in the Strait. Of course, with any deal, we’ll have to see if the Iranians will actually honor it.
