Daughter (28) is a Lawyer working in London on financial transactions. She makes more than I do, but not on an hourly basis :)

Son (25) is a commercial mortgage broker in Dallas. He works for a small shop and has learned a lot over the past four years since college and makes pretty good money, even in this market.

My younger son lives and practices law in Houston.

Both love NOLA. Neither saw it as a viable economy.

Sorry for your loss.

Daughter is a ChemE. She worked during college and saved enough to put as a down payment on a house when she graduated. She had a job offered before she graduated at a place she did an internship. She accepted. Housing prices doubled in the year before she graduated.
