Interesting. How much more are the NIL only schools offering over the scholarship schools?...
Why would an athlete care about getting a scholarship over cash money?
The athletes might not as much, but the NIL donors do. A guy that would cost them $500k might cost them $1 million without scholarship benefits. They aren’t going to do that when there’s a guy on scholarship ridin...

re: CBK on Cowherd 4/23

I remember when Cowherd had Burrow on before the draft and he asked him how he knew Urban Meyer lol. I know it’s tough for some of these guys because they have to talk about every sport, but Cowherd talks about a lot of shite in which he has no idea what he is talking about....

You think JJ is going much higher than 12th? Where do you think he’ll go?...

He also thinks JJ McCarthy should go 12th overall. Mock drafts are dumb...

What do you mean? He didn’t get to play that year....

I did? Lmao that’s just factually incorrect....

re: Crowd work has ruined standup comedy
Posted by LSBoosie on 4/23/24 at 12:34 pm
No, you just don’t know how stand up comedy works. You need to watch the actual specials. They do crowd work because that’s how they get new clips to post. Their actual act is just being repeated every city they go to so they can workshop it for an eventual special. If they were posting their actual...
First of all I don’t think 2 of 3 every weekend gets it done.
It very well might not. But that’s the bare minimum to even have a chance.
And the most likely scenario (if things go the way they have) is that you’ve lost 2 games already without having thrown your best pitcher.[...

You would likely be very disappointed with that expectation......
re: Why not let Herring start from here on out?

With the inconsistency of this staff and our offense nothing is guaranteed, so I'm not saying that throwing Herring on Sunday is going to guarantee a series win. I believe that it is the best strategy at this point in the season because you have to win 2/3 every single week. It's not like the Arkans...
We had 3 SEC wins heading into this weekend. Guess who got the win or save in all 3 wins? Until this weekend, we've lost every SEC game he didn't pitch.
Right. So coming into this weekend the only two guys that had an SEC win were Holman and Herring. So in my opinion, having each o...
