It’s not the job of the government to provide child care for my children. That’s my job. And if I can’t I shouldn’t have children.

And I’m not heartless. At all. But seriously where does it end??

So who’s your insurance with? I have no issues with BCBS other than the premium. Would love alternatives.

I see a lady that I know well listed who isn’t in a classroom but is titled supervisor of instruction. Nearly $100,000. She’s 55 or so.

Not saying she should or shouldn’t .. just what the chart says.

Thanks everyone. We just put the money in and never even use it unless it’s a major deal (surgery type things). I never even look at it until I have to add to it. We do it once a year and then forget it.

Until today.

Thanks again.

HSA suggesions

We need to move ours ... it's earning an embarrassing rate and yes I know it's crazy to have it there.

Forbes in 2025 lists Fidelity as a 5 star great option. Any thoughts? Please give me your best suggestions.

Also, is it difficult to move a HSA??

Thanks in advance.

Edit to add this is not done through an employer if that makes any difference.
Is this the doctor who took care of Biden? Idk how that works.

Get it checked regularly .. vit d is fat soluble and you don’t want too much.

My levels got to 80 with 5000iu .. and yes everyone is different.

Be careful to not take too much.

Our second child went to ULL. I about shite when I saw the bill breakdown ... a fee for the f'ing daycare. AND HE DIDN'T HAVE A KID. Why the hell did he and other students have to pay a day care fee??

Oh .. and a cheerleader/spirit squad fee as well.

WTF was that??

Can you give a breakdown? What is the actual tuition cost and dorm costs these days?

Will he still owe after grants/scholarships?
If we stay with daylight savings time and get rid of "standard time", won't it be dark longer in the morning in the winter??

re: How old is too old for braces?

1) can invisalign be done for top only?

2) how long per day must invisalign be worn?

Had braces twice as a kid .. 2 phases actually. Bottom teeth are starting to crowed and cause flossing issues. Considering a consult for invisalign.
.
She's 24 so not worried about kid things. Just beginning to explore possible options and not sure where the safest/most reasonably priced places are to consider. My happy place is just regular Perdido but considering other options this time.

Thanks.
