Yep, I only use Bourque's hot pure pork smoked sausage and andouille. Sausage has the right amount of smoke but is not overpowering and is not dried out. Great amount of fat/meat ratio. Their andouille is just above everyone else's ...

Early's was so much better than NuNu's in Scott. You are correct, the boudin is better in Youngsville. The plate lunches are a far cry from what Early's used to serve (quality and quantity).
