Ask me how I know you grew up in the 70's. Spot on sir. We have to add that we did come back for lunch, usually a sandwich of some type (ham/pimento/tuna or egg salad/PB&J) with Kool Aid or homemade root beer, sometimes Tang. We were told not to come back in the house or the day is over, time for a bath b/c you are not going to dirty up the house :lol:
Kids today have no idea how rich of a life experience we had, although poor by today's standards, we were life rich and didn't know it.
