This video exonerates the police officer. It's clearly evident he didn't use excessive force and in fact Blake may have tried to fight him off initially.

That was a very suspicious pose James was in there. He was probably about to light a cigarette and start flipping a coin. He was up to no good.

It appears to me that Blake attempts to resist arrest by shoving or possibly trying to disarm the police officer when they both almost go out of the frame.

Wow, you're more delusional than I realized. This video made the cop lose his badge, and get put on desk duty. I think he should be fired, but even histhe police commissioner said he was very wrong.

The standard fall back position for cops to use excessive force. All that comment was missing was something about the cop fearing for his personal safety.

If you are gonna do that to someone you better be damn sure you have the right guy.
