Be careful with these. The plastic part where the strap connects can get weak and break. I was putting my watch on and the plastic broke a slingshotting my watch face to the ground shattering it.

A lot of travel ball stuff banner, bags, matching gear, speakers etc. was cost prohibitive in the late 90s early 2000s. Speakers were not possible and to get any custom stuff it was expensive and you have order it from Red Stick if you were in BR or Staples in New Orleans and i took 2 months to come in. Now its all cheap and easy.

So based on twitter you can make a mound visit during an offensive timeout without it counting against you. Vitello was headed out when the offensive TO ended and he was sent back.

I think Vitello tried to steal a mound visit during Jay’s timeout and was. The ump told him he could not make a visit during the TO. That is all I can come up with up with.
