No however from 0:00-0:06 which is a good amount of time when he is placing the suspect in a passive posture for his protection I'm sure he said at a minimum something to the effect of, "Police don't move."

I saw it as him trying to assist the cop by placing himself in a more passive position making it easier for the cop to arrest him. How do you not see that?

You could do that with most criminals and then you are either chasing them or fighting them. Criminals, whether they have committed a violent crime or a property crime, don't think like you do. It is fight or flight for them.

The claim is "excessive force." The video clearly disproves that.
As I said before this is a PR campaign due to the white guilt this country is struggling with. It was a black suspect who resisted being detained by a hard working white police officer. The NYPD didn't want riots and looting so they made an example of a good police officer.

He was suspect. Officer handled it in aggressive fashion to avoid any chance of resistance. No problem with this IMO.

It is amazing how some people willingly want to give police officers the right to tackle whoever they please because they "think" they are guilty. Actually, this is awesome. Dknt like someone? Just go tell a cop he stole something and they will give him a good roughing up and it won't be a big deal. Need someone dead? Tell the cop he has a gun on them and they will shoot him for you and no big deal
