I would choose #2 and I don’t even care if she has zero money.
A single mom is virtually a dealbreaker - only exception is if she had a great husband who died unexpectedly.
Divorce is a huge red flag for a man with no prior marriages or kids.
Now, I say all this as if I was a young never married man with no kids.
If I had a prior divorce or other kids - all of them are potential options.

Not enough info. If you are a 28 year old woman with $2m net worth, you either have a rich family or you are an arse kicker in the business world. She might be unmarried because she is all business and a ball breaker.
What it comes down to for me is that she can have average looks if she is smart and kind. No ugos though.
